DOH Posts HERDS Mandatory Survey on the HCS: Coalition Member Training Needs Assessment

Please log in to your Health Commerce System (HCS) account, click on the “My Content” button in top right of HCS Home screen.  In the dropdown box, click on “All Applications”.  At the next screen click on the letter “H” and scroll down the page and click on “HERDS”.  On the next page in the top left corner, click on “Reports”.  Then in the “Activity” drop-down box, scroll down and choose “Coalition Member Training Needs Assessment - BP1” survey.  Click here to see a copy of the survey.
