Artist Teaches Us to "Never Give Up"

Gayle Farman and Joanne O'Connor in Foundation for Quality Care News

Meet Frank Franco, 70, our July “Art from the Heart” artist.   He has lived at Ross Center for Health and Rehabilitation since 2012.  When he had a stroke, he had right sided paralysis and was right handed.  “I never gave up,” Frank said.  He had to train his left hand to do everything---including art!    Frank has enjoyed being creative ever since he was a child.  When he created “A Day at the Fair” he was feeling very happy.

A minute of your time, and a small contribution… will help us deliver this person-centered slide show to honor more artists like Frank.
